RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation Policies for Direct Customers

-Cancellations made 22 or more days before arrival date have a charge of $35 for administrative expenses, which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

-Cancellations received 21 days or less before arrival date, will be penalized with the total for the first night of the reservation.

- In case of No Show at all (when the customer does not arrive on the reserved date), penalization will be for 100% of the total amount charged.

- All changes and additions to your reservation request should be made in written and sent us by fax (506)2460 1455, email info@montanatourscr.com or by comments in our web page. To avoid misunderstanding of any sort, it is necessary to have a confirmation from our staff.

-Report on the reservation if the customer has any conditions that affect him for the tour. Maximum weight per person is 250 lbs. Not recommended for pregnant women.The minimum age for children is 8 years.
